Privacy Policy

GigReady is designed to keep your gig and practice information private and local to your device. The limited information sent when you choose to submit feedback is described below.

Information You Enter

GigReady stores the songs, gigs, setlists, readiness ratings, notes, and reference links that you add to the app. This information is stored locally on your device and in the app group container used by the GigReady share extension.

Share Extension

When you share a link or text from another app to GigReady, GigReady uses that shared content to prefill a song draft. You can review and edit the information before saving it. To identify a shared link, iOS may retrieve metadata from the linked website or music service.

Feedback

If you choose Send Feedback in the app, GigReady sends your feedback message, any contact information you voluntarily provide, the app version and build, your Free or Pro plan, and your song and gig counts to our feedback service. Song titles, setlists, performance notes, and reference links are not included.

We use this information only to respond to support requests and improve GigReady. Feedback may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. You can send feedback without providing contact information.

Subscriptions

Purchases and subscription billing are processed by Apple. GigReady reads your subscription entitlement so it can unlock Pro features, but we do not receive your payment card details.

Tracking and Advertising

GigReady does not use your data for tracking or third-party advertising, and we do not sell your data.

Copyrighted Content

GigReady does not provide copyrighted lyrics, recordings, or sheet music. Users are responsible for the notes and links they add.
